Christophe is the founder and principal of Flowbridge Consulting Limited, with over 20 years of progressive Order-to-Cash leadership across EMEA finance shared service organisations.
He has built and scaled credit, collections and invoicing functions from the ground up, then automated and outsourced them — most recently owning end-to-end O2C operations across nine business units, 5,000+ accounts and €360M in annual invoiced revenue.
Christophe is a hands-on adopter of AI across the collection lifecycle — from AI-redesigned workflows and LLM-generated correspondence to agentic cash application tooling — and is currently developing an AI-powered O2C competency assessment agent under the Finance Process Hub brand.
Away from client work, Christophe spent several years coaching rugby with FC Oloron Sainte Marie in the foothills of the French Pyrenees — a role that proved surprisingly good preparation for managing difficult conversations, keeping a team motivated under pressure, and persuading people to do something uncomfortable for a better outcome. Transferable skills, as it turns out. He is also a committed hiker, a serious cook, and plays golf with drives that are occasionally more ambitious than the fairway had in mind.
